CNC Programmer- Immediate Opening

The CNC Programmer uses CNC machine tools to fabricate precision metal and plastic parts. The CNC Programmer II utilizes information provided in job packets, engineering drawings, precision measurement skills and a high degree of machining knowledge, computer proficiency and skill developed over years of experience to produce complicated metal fabrications with a minimum of errors, inefficiency and waste.

CNC Operator, Set Up

The CNC Operator II is an advanced CNC machine operator with the knowledge to operate CNC machine tools, the skills and experience to set-up CNC machine tools, including but not limited to program verification; tooling, clamping, jig, and fixture selection and configuration. This position represents the 2nd tier of metal working skills in the company.

Disability

To help protect employees' income during times when they are unable work due to a disability, Lindel Engineering provides short-term disability insurance at 60 percent of base salary.

Life Insurance and AD&D (Accidental Death and Dismemberment)

Lindel Engineering provides a base amount of life and AD&D insurance equal to one times base salary up to $50,000. Employees can also purchase insurance for themselves, spouse and/or children if they desire.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Lindel Engineering's Employee Assistance Program offers confidential counseling for personal, family, financial, health or work-related problems and legal advice to employees. The EAP is available 24 hours a day via a website or a toll-free number. This is available to all employees enrolled in the medical plan.

401(k) Plan

Lindel Engineering's 401(k) plan lets employees accumulate savings on a tax-deferred basis. Through payroll deductions, employees can direct pretax earnings (up to an IRS annual maximum) into the 401(k) Plan. Lindel will match 50% of employee contributions up to a maximum of 2%.

Paid-Time Off

Employees earn time off each pay period. Rates vary by years of service and Full Time or Part Time status.
